Role: Lead Designer
I led the design of look & feel and UI for the MyMixisBetter gamification platform and socials for Chatime. It’s an experience that allows users to create their dream Chatime drink to win prizes. It was devised to creatively drive a campaign to encourage customers to purchase mix-ins in their drinks.
I designed it with a digital native audience in mind and mobile first. I created a clean and contemporary design that would showcase the drinks, and created bright, sharable images for each individual creation. It was an interactive experience that allowed consumers to engage with the brand in a bold new way.
There were high engagement levels with the audience leaving comments, promoting their drink creations on their own socials, and asking their friends to vote for their favourite drink. There were an overwhelming number of entries to the Chatime drink creation gallery, with over 5,000 submissions and 498% Increased Instagram Reach.
